I believe we should spend as much time telling people about the great things companies do as we spend complaining. This was a great opportunity to do just that. The manager, Nicole, and Amy, the representative who answers the phone, bent over backwards to help my son after he hit a piece of debris on the interstate not far from their shop. They treated him like he was one of their own family who had been in an accident away from home. In this day of overseas customer service and automated everything, I canβt say enough about this organization and their staff. If you have any doubts, bring your vehicle here. Youβll find integrity and honesty in every interaction.

I recently had my car repaired at Fayetteville Collision Center after a deer ran out in front of me, sliding from the front bumper to the rear door. The accident caused major damage to my headlight, quarter panel, and both doors, which needed to be replaced. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The repairs came out perfect, my car looks like the accident never even happened! The paint and bodywork match flawlessly, and the attention to detail is clear in every panel. A special thank you to Cole, who went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. He kept me updated every step of the way, communicated any changes or timeline adjustments, and handled everything with my insurance company. Itβs rare to find that level of professionalism and genuine customer care these days. I highly recommend Fayetteville Collision Center to anyone needing bodywork or repairs. They truly deliver quality work and excellent service!

The customer service I received was very professional and I felt my concerns were understood. Mrs. Nicole is very knowledgeable and provided me with a prompt estimate and followed through with an appointment for service. The repairs were completed in a timely manner (as promised) and the work was superb. I thank Mrs. Nicole and Ford Collision & Repair for a positive and satisfactory experience! I would definitely recommend this as a reputable and professional business for car repairs.
